In order to give the students of Malvern a chance to explore all walks of life so as to help students to find their future goals. Malvern College Chengdu organized special summer internship activities. The programme aims to provide integrating theory, chances of practice and guidance for our students so that they can have more exposure to various professional fields before they plan for their future career.
Our first destination is the Picasso & Dali : The Legendary Collection Exhibition co-organized by Illu Art and Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li. It presents the artwork by the legendary Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dali. Our students will provide a week’s interpretation service for spectators.
Within the two months’ Summer Internship Programme, our students will also join banking services, real estate services, legal and other well-known enterprises in Chengdu. For further internship activities report, please refer to Malvern College Chengdu Official WeChat Account.
About the Exhibition
The exhibition of Picasso & Dali, jointly organized by Illu Art & Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li is shown in Chengdu for the first time. It presents more than 200 reproductions, sculpture, ceramics, limited signature prints, photography, life out of print posters, images, animation and other arts of these two Spanish Art Masters, such as Picasso’s autograph hand-painted pottery, self-portrait series, limited prints as well as the masterpiece of Dali sculpture, “The Illusion of Angels” (from the hit movie, “Love Off the Cuff”, in which the protagonist showed his beloved collection of Dali’s sculpture), “The Burning Woman”, “The Outline of Time”, “The Triumph of the Elephant”, etc.
