2020 has been an extraordinary year. For the graduates of Malvern School Chengdu, it has been a series of once-in-a-lifetime situations: school has been closed, IELTS and TOEFL tests have been suspended, and the issuance of offers from foreign universities have been delayed.
However, none of those issues have stopped students from chasing their dreams. Although classes have not fully resumed at the school, students have not forgotten about their learning, not even for a moment.

After the unremitting efforts of the students, offers from top-notch universities around the world have come knocking on their doors.
One after another, places at G5 universities and the New Ivies were snatched up by Malvern students. As of April 14th, 14 of our graduates have received a total of 58 offers.
★40 from the UK, 6 from Australia, 5 from the US, 4 from Switzerland, 1 from New Zealand, 1 from Canada, and 1 from Hong Kong.

Kathryn has received acceptance letters from six world-renowned universities so far, including the London School of Economics and Political Science, King’s College London, University College London, University of Melbourne, University of Sydney, and University of Toronto.
Currently, she is waiting for news from the University of Hong Kong and Waseda University.

Erist and Canny both received acceptance letters from King’s College London. King’s College London is one of the schools in the prestigious golden triangle group, along with University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, Imperial College London, London School of Economics and Political Science, and University College London.

After the University of Notre Dame, Georgia Institute of Technology was added to the list
Dorothy had obtained an offer from the University of Notre Dame, ranked 15th in the U.S. News Best Colleges Ranking in 2020, and one of the 25 New Ivies in the United States.
Now, she has also received offers from Georgia Institute of Technology and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Georgia Institute of Technology, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and California Institute of Technology are known as the top three technology institutes in the United States.
Currently, she is working hard to obtain offers from higher-ranking schools.
